General Information

The Institute is a
nonpartisan and autonomous organization that derives its financial
support from its members and friends.
|
We invite you to join today,
to support and participate in humanities education in central Texas.
By joining, you have the opportunity to meet other Institute members -
community leaders seeking ways to actively shape the quality of life
in central Texas.
|
Membership in the Institute
is no longer mandatory to attend Institute events, and most programs
are now open to the general public. However, a “Patron” membership
has been created as a means to support the Institute. Patron member
benefits include discounts on all Institute events, advance notice and
priority registration, and recognition in publications. . An
added bonus is that there will be occasional programs that are
available only to members.

Membership dues are very
important to the funding of the Institute's on-going operations. Event
fees are required to fund the event costs. The Institute also actively
seeks philanthropic contributions and grants to keep membership dues
and event fees reasonable.

Patron - $35 single/year
$65 dual/year
Contributing - $200/year.
Sustaining - $500/year
Directors Circle - $1,000
Silver Circle - $5,000
Golden Circle - $10,000
Individual event/program fees are additional.
